Booking Your Surgery
- The Deposit: Once you book your surgery date, the booking amount is non-refundable.
- Moving Your Date: If you canβt make your original date, donβt worry. You won't lose your money. We will credit your payment toward a future surgery date that works for both you and the clinic.
If You Need to Cancel
- If you decide not to go through with your scheduled surgery, we cannot offer a cash refund.
- However, we are happy to reschedule your procedure for a later time. We will work with you to find the next available opening that fits your schedule.
If the Clinic Reschedules
- Your safety is our #1 priority. Very rarely, we may need to move your surgery date to ensure the highest standards of medical safety and hygiene.
- If we need to change your date, we will let you know as soon as possible and prioritize your new booking. We appreciate your understanding in these rare cases.
